Cosy neighbourhood sushi bar Sushi Dokoro Hikari in Tin Hau has launched a new tempting lunch menu to extend guests’ dining experience. The Japanese restaurant of veteran master chef Andy Li is renowned for serving premium sashimi and sushi at its optimum time of year. On the menu, mouth-watering “Choose By Yourself Sashimi on Rice Set” (HK$190) which features guests’ choices of ten kind of sashimi like tuna 'toro', sea urchin, Kinmedai and Mackeral with udon or miso soup served along. “Sea Urchin & Chopped Tuna Bowl Set” (HK$238) is not to be missed as it is one of the most popular choices for sashimi lovers. It features Hokkaido sea urchin and tuna respectively, served with udon noodles or miso also. On the other hand, for those who yearn for a warm treat, “Eel Yanagigawa Style Set” (HK$188) is an ideal choice. This traditional folk dish dates back to the Edo Period with Asakusa cooking style. Kagoshima eel is sourced for its bouncy and crispy texture and is roasted in burdock sauce with half-cooked egg served on top. Palatable “Beef Toubannabe Style Set” (HK$178) will be an alternative choice which is a traditional cuisine from Saga Prefecture which US short ribs are grilled on a hot ceramic plate, with pan-fried onion gravy, egg and Shukiyaki sauce.
