Less than half of Hong Kong employees in the creative, digital and marketing sector would recommend their current workplace to their friends and families.
According to a release from font, its Market Pulse Hong Kong report says money and professional development are two key areas that need more attention from local employers.

Money is the number one consideration for marketing talent in Hong Kong looking for a new role (79%), yet just around half of professionals surveyed feel they have been fairly remunerated.
Only 28% of talent said their company has crafted a career development plan for them, despite 62% saying this is the second-most important factor they consider when looking for a new roles.
The top median annual salaries were found in Account Management/ Planning roles.
When comparing average median in-house and agency wages, agency roles came out top.
More agency folks are offered development opportunities (41%) at work, compared to those in-house (27%).
