Wing Hang Bank closes Mongkok branch until further notice

Due to serious traffic congestion.

Wing Hang Bank has announced to its customers and the public that Mongkok Road Branch and the services of ATM at 16 Mongkok Road, Mongkok, had been affected by serious traffic congestion around the Mongkok area.

According to a release from Wing Hang Bank, it has activated its contingency plan immediately.

With immediate effect, the Mongkok Road Branch is temporarily suspended.

The Bank will further notify customers when normal traffic conditions resume.

Spokesperson of the Bank’s Emergency Operation Team said, “The Bank establishes well-developed contingency plan. Customers may contact our emergency hotline at 3199 9188 for enquiries if necessary.

 In addition, all correspondences can be submitted through our branches. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers.”

Besides Mongkok Road Branch, the United Centre Branch is also affected and temporarily suspended.
