Hong Kong Business opens nominations for HKB International Business Awards 2019

Deadline for nominations is on 12 July 2019.

Hong Kong Business is now accepting nominations for HKB International Business Awards, which recognises companies that have contributed significantly to the vibrant economies of Hong Kong and China.

On its fifth year, the awards programme, whose previous winners include Mercedes-Benz Hong Kong Limited, FrieslandCampina, and Euler Hermes Asia Pacific, will be supported by several chambers of commerce, as well as business associations and embassies, in Hong Kong.

Nominations can be placed by international enterprises with Hong Kong operations but headquartered in other countries.

Any innovative product, service, strategy, or project that has strengthened the business may be nominated, including those launched earlier than two years ago but have undergone a recent upgrade.

Foreign companies can choose from different industry categories, including automotive and transport, consumer products, financial technology, health products and services, luxury retail, and manufacturing.

A panel of top accounting professionals from Hong Kong will judge the entries based on uniqueness and innovation, effectiveness and impact, and dynamism.

Winners will be invited to attend the awards ceremony on 29 August 2019 in Hong Kong.
