HK education delegation to visit Singapore and Australia

Will promote Hong Kong as regional education hub in Asia.

Secretary for Education Eddie Ng will lead a delegation to Singapore and Melbourne to also learn about their kindergarten education and teacher training.

The delegation will meet Singapore's Minister for Education and visit kindergartens and post-secondary institutions. It will fly to Melbourne on July 31 to meet the State of Victoria's Minister for Children & Early Childhood Development.

They will also visit an early learning center, a kindergarten a special development school and universities.

Ng on August 1 will officiate at a roving exhibition opening ceremony at the University of Melbourne to promote Hong Kong as a regional education hub.
