Its HQ in Mongkok will be redeveloped into three 25-storey towers.

According to Nomura, CLP is planning to invite tenders for joint venture partners to help redevelop its headquarters in Mongkok.

Here's more from Nomura:

Reportedly, CLP has already moved out of its headquarters in May this year. After two years of negotiations, CLP has obtained approval to redevelop its headquarters into three 25-storey towers, while preserving and opening up the original clock tower for public use.

Of the site’s 340,675sf GFA, residential makes up 309,707sf with the remaining areas marked for a museum. Reportedly, CLP intends to retain some of the floor area as its profit sharing in kind. Surveyors estimate the project should fetch HKD3-3.7bn.
